How rental periods are counted
Half Day — up to 4 hours · Day — same-day return · Weekend — Fri PM to Mon AM · Weekly — 7 days · Monthly — 28 days.
Large-equipment usage caps
Bobcats, excavators, and other heavy equipment cap at 8 hrs/day, 16 hrs/weekend, 40 hrs/week, and 160 hrs/month.
Non-ethanol on us, fill-ups on you
Small equipment runs on non-ethanol fuel that we provide — no top-off needed. Heavy equipment must come back with a full tank or we bill $8.50/gal.
Return reasonably clean
Hose off the dirt and clods before you bring it back. Reasonable wear and dust is fine. Excessive mud, paint, concrete, or anything that requires real shop time gets a cleaning fee.
Use the right gauge cord
SDS Max and core drills want 10/3 cord. Circular saws, chop saws, and SDS+ run fine on 12/3. Smaller corded tools work with 12/3 or standard. Bring your own or rent one with the tool.
Deposit & signed agreement
A refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement are required before equipment leaves. The deposit amount is set per item — call the counter to confirm it for what you need.

Drop where you got it. Reasonably clean. Final charges settled at the counter.
